If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website only. They do not grant a deployment, a license to run AAES software, or terms for an evaluation, design partnership, support arrangement, or purchase. Any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement or software license.
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to use of the website after publication, not retrospectively.

AAES stands for Autonomous Agentic Enterprise Systems, the governance layer for enterprise AI agents. This website explains the project and provides a way to contact the team.
Content is provided as is and may change or be removed. Product descriptions, examples, interface previews, and technical information are not an offer, a warranty, or a commitment that a capability or deployment will be available. Illustrative examples do not represent production client activity.
The website uses cookieless, aggregate analytics: no cookies, no identifiers stored on your device, and no cross-session tracking. You can contact us through the form on this website or by email. See our Privacy policy for information about privacy.
03Product status and plans
The software described on this website is client-operated: you run it on your infrastructure. Deployment modes currently described are a single VM using Docker Compose, Kubernetes using Helm or Terraform, or an air-gapped or on-premises environment. Describing these modes does not create a service agreement, availability guarantee, or right to a deployment.
An AAES hosted cell is a planned offering. It is an aspiration, not a service available today, and these terms do not grant access to it. Statements about planned capabilities, future integrations, and future deployment options are not commitments to deliver on a particular date or at all.
04Intellectual property
The AAES name, mark, and site content belong to the AAES project team ([Legal entity name: to be confirmed on incorporation]). Third party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to other products do not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.
You may view the website and share links to it. Except where permitted by law, you need our permission to reproduce, modify, or distribute the site content or use the AAES name or mark in a way that suggests our endorsement.
As an exception, you may download and use the published OpenAPI schema and documentation code examples to evaluate AAES and develop integrations. You may modify those materials and distribute the resulting integration code, subject to any license accompanying them. This permission does not grant a license to the AAES daemon, SDK packages, trademarks, or other proprietary software.
These terms do not grant a license to AAES software. The core repository is private. Any right to use, evaluate, or deploy the software requires a separate license or written authorization.
05Acceptable use
Please use the website lawfully and without interfering with access for others. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or send automated requests at a volume or in a manner that degrades or disrupts the service.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or introduce malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity, your affiliation with AAES, or our endorsement of your work.
- Use the website for unlawful activity or to infringe another person’s rights.
These restrictions do not prohibit good-faith security research that follows the vulnerability disclosure policy. Testing the aaes.ai website is otherwise out of scope except as that policy allows.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the website, or comply with the law.

Nothing in these terms deprives you of non-waivable protections applicable to you under mandatory law, or of a right mandatory law gives you to bring proceedings in a particular place.
