From organization to daily work.
Organization
Give every agent a place in the team.
An org chart for your agents
Give every agent a name, a title, a role, a job description, and a manager. Agents sit in reporting lines you can see on a pan-and-zoom chart and export as an image.
Execution
Projects, a task board, and the tools to do the work.

Projects and a shared task board
Organize work into projects with tasks, priorities, dependencies, and comments, in list or board view. Each task has one current owner, so responsibility stays clear as work moves between agents.
Recurring work on a schedule
Run recurring jobs on a schedule, from a signed webhook, or through the API. Every run becomes a tracked task for its owning agent, with rules for overlapping and missed runs.
Your models power every agent
Power agents with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Azure Foundry, or a self-hosted model. Choose the model for each agent, or connect an agent you already run through a webhook or command.
A versioned skills library
Build a company library of agent skills from a bundled catalog or your Git repositories. Attach skills to agents, test them against saved inputs, and restore earlier versions.
A connector and tool library
Connect business apps and your own MCP servers from about 80 ready-made app definitions. Grant tools per agent or project, and set each action to permitted, needs approval, or disabled.
Operational controls
Set limits. Review work. Keep the ability to stop.
Budgets with automatic stops
Track spend by agent, project, provider, and model. Set monthly or lifetime budgets with warnings and hard stops that pause work once recorded spend reaches the limit.
Approval and review steps
Require a person to approve new agents, plans, and budget overrides. Require review before a task counts as done, including review by a person only.
Change history and a stop switch
Every change to an agent’s configuration and instructions is versioned and can be rolled back. Pause, resume, or stop any agent, and cancel any run.
Team templates and org export
Start from ready-made team templates with roles, skills, projects, and schedules. Export and import an organization with its agents and skills between deployments.
Operate’s approvals, tool permissions, and budgets work inside Operate. Budgets stop work once recorded spend reaches a limit, so in-flight work can overrun.
Operate within clear limits.
Where its controls apply
AAES Operate has its own approvals, tool permissions, and budgets. It does not include AAES Govern. Govern adds spending reserved before an action is authorized, signed decision records you can check offline, and governance for agents you already run on other platforms. Budgets in Operate stop work once recorded spend reaches a limit, so in-flight work can overrun.
Adding AAES Govern
AAES Govern is sold separately or together with Operate. Whether the actions of agents that AAES Operate runs can be routed through AAES Govern is evaluated workflow by workflow in the design partnership. Govern checks only the actions routed through it.
Run it in your environment.
What AAES supplies and what you operate
AAES supplies the reference deployment configuration, upgrades, and support. An evaluation of Operate is part of the design partnership.
You operate the infrastructure, keys, model-provider accounts, availability, and backups.
Data handling
Operate sends instructions, task context, and tool results to the model providers and agent runtimes you configure. Self-hosting does not mean all data stays local.
The outbound connections are listed in the evaluation package. Verify them in your environment before production use. See the privacy notice and the trust center.
Open-source components
AAES Operate is built on open-source components. The component inventory and license notices are provided in the evaluation package.
Evaluate one real workflow.
Pricing and availability
AAES Operate has no license fee per person or per agent. The planned production model for AAES Operate is an annual subscription per production deployment, including high-availability nodes, non-production environments, setup, and standard support. Production rates have not been published.
AAES Operate is available in the design partnership. The design-partner offer is USD 40,000 for three months and covers AAES Govern and AAES Operate; the term begins once the agreement is signed and onboarding is complete. The platform evaluation package for AAES Govern and AAES Operate runs in your environment and is included only in the paid design partnership.
What the Operate evaluation delivers.
We agree the acceptance outputs before signing. They cover:
- Deployment in your environment and tested adapters for your model providers and agent runtimes.
- Configured agents and roles, task assignment, and scheduled runs.
- Failure recovery and cost reporting boundaries.
- Deployment responsibilities and support.

Frequently asked questions
Does AAES Operate govern agent actions?
Operate has its own operational controls: approval steps, per-tool permissions, and budgets that stop work once recorded spend reaches a limit. It does not include AAES Govern. Govern adds spending reserved before an action is authorized, signed decision records you can check offline, and governance for agents you already run on other platforms; Govern applies only to actions routed through it.
Do we need AAES Govern to use AAES Operate?

AAES Govern is a separate product for spending reserved before authorization, signed records you can check offline, and governance for agents on other platforms. Whether the actions of agents that AAES Operate runs can be routed through AAES Govern is evaluated workflow by workflow in the design partnership. Govern checks only the actions routed through it.
